Hi, I'm Ilja. An e-commerce growth specialist for marketplace brands. I turn catalogue architecture and visual SEO into 200% YoY growth — without handing your keywords to an algorithm that doesn't know your P&L.
I build a unique execution plan for your brand — optimising every layer of the catalogue for marketplace success. No template. No bulk AI update. Every keyword reviewed against your P&L.
Amazon's July 27 deadline cuts most titles by 60% or more. This is the exact framework — Excel formulas, revenue triage matrix, partial-update upload settings — I built to handle 400+ ASINs manually without letting the algorithm touch a single Tier 1 listing.

Ready to stop guessing with blind automation? Let's look at the data together. Drop me a line and I'll tell you exactly where your catalogue is leaking revenue.
A solid product buried by weak content. Poor imagery, no video, standard copy — and no Brand Registry, which meant zero A+ Content was available for the listing. The account had no organic momentum and no paid foundation to fall back on.
We rebuilt everything from scratch: overhauled copy and imagery, then created and embedded a custom 30-second video directly into the listing — answering every pre-purchase question before a customer could scroll away to a competitor. We also aligned multi-channel operational data via StoreFeeder to ensure the fulfilment foundation was ready for the traffic surge before it hit.
"When sales stall, most brands jump straight to scaling PPC. But if your listing isn't converting, you're paying to send premium traffic to a broken page. Fix the conversion first."
When I joined, there were no eBay marketing campaigns at all. I built the entire channel from scratch. A coupon campaign generated £90K in sales by May 2025. New email marketing campaigns contributed a further £90K. In parallel, I integrated Power BI for ongoing performance tracking — cutting reporting time dramatically and creating a clear line from data to decision. Total new revenue from campaigns that didn't exist twelve months prior: £180K.
A collapsed review score actively suppressing conversion on every channel. I identified the operational vulnerabilities driving negative reviews — fulfilment SLAs and post-purchase communication gaps — advocated for a customer experience overhaul, and built a systematic recovery framework. A credible Trustpilot score is one of the highest-leverage improvements available to any retail brand.
I started in a warehouse. Not as a metaphor — literally: packing, picking, shipping, stock counts, supplier disputes. I spent years understanding how physical products move before I ever touched a listing. That background is why I think differently to most e-commerce consultants.
In 2018 I went solo — built the Sileneban Guitar Accessories brand from scratch on Amazon FBA, scaled a multi-category portfolio across electronics, mobile accessories, and housewares to £120K annual turnover as a one-person operation, reduced PPC costs by 30% while maintaining ranking, and maintained a 100% positive seller rating on eBay throughout.
Since 2024 at Aquacadabra I've optimised 1,300+ product listings (650 with measurable sales increases), built eBay marketing from zero to £180K in new revenue, and raised the Trustpilot score from 1.3 to 4.7 through a customer strategy I proposed and helped implement company-wide.
I use Power BI to collapse the gap between raw data and operational decisions. I also shoot product photography myself — which means I understand what makes a listing convert from both sides of the camera.
If you have a brand with inventory, multiple channels, and a catalogue underperforming its potential — that's my territory.
Tell me about your storefront. I'll identify the three highest-leverage opportunities in your catalogue — no pitch, no obligation.
My colleague Sehrish and I visited Amazon UK HQ at Liverpool Street and went deep on the Strategic Account Services program — what it actually unlocks for scaling brands, and how face-to-face relationships with marketplace managers change how you operate.
